Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kida (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soloa ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Kida is an AI-powered music generation application that enables users to:

• Generate original music tracks from text prompts and mood tags
• Create AI-generated music videos in multiple styles
• Generate song lyrics using AI
• Create cover tracks by re-imagining existing audio
• Generate sound effects and audio mashups

The service is powered by third-party AI providers including Suno and ElevenLabs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use Kida, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Kida to:

• Generate music that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute generated content without proper licensing
• Use the service to create content that violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the text prompts and audio files you submit. By using Kida, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

Generated Music

AI-generated music produced through Kida is provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers (Suno, ElevenLabs). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with those providers' terms and applicable law.

Kida Platform

The Kida app, its interface, branding, and technology are owned by Soloa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Credits

Music generation costs 15 credits per track. Credits can be purchased in packs (50, 100, or 500) or obtained through a Pro subscription plan. Free credits are provided to new users and do not carry monetary value.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are available on weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Credit packs are non-refundable once used. Subscription refunds are handled according to the platform policy (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). Contact support@soloa.ai for billing disputes.

Cross-Platform Billing

An active Pro subscription on any platform grants Pro access across all Kida platforms when signed into the same account.

7. Privacy

Your use of Kida is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Kida is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated music will meet specific quality or style expectations
• Generated content will be free from third-party IP claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kida.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soloa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Kida, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of Kida after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Kida shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
