• AI Chat and conversation services
• Image generation, editing, and enhancement
• Video generation and editing
• Speech synthesis and transcription
• Other AI-powered creative tools

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to harm others
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring any generated content meets your needs and complies with applicable laws.

Service Content

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Soloa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Credits System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI tools and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Soloa offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide monthly AI credits and premium features:

• Soloa Basic: Monthly subscription providing 100 AI credits per month
• Soloa Pro: Monthly subscription providing 200 AI credits per month plus premium features

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment will be charged to your App Store, Google Play, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Current pricing is available in the app and on our pricing page
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings (iOS), Google Play account settings (Android), or account settings on our website
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to subscription features until then

Managing Your Subscription (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap “Subscriptions”
4. Select Soloa AI from your active subscriptions
5. Choose “Cancel Subscription” to cancel, or modify your subscription plan as needed

Managing Your Subscription (Android)

If you subscribed through Google Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap the menu icon, then “Subscriptions”
3. Select Soloa AI
4. Tap “Cancel subscription”

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

• You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges
• If you don't cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website, and may be limited to one trial per user
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law

Prices are subject to change with notice. Current pricing is always available on our pricing page.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (web), Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play (Android). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users should review all generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soloa from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
