We automatically collect certain information when you use VoiceAI:

3. Voice & Audio Data

Text-to-Speech

When you use VoiceAI to generate speech, the text you submit is sent to our AI voice synthesis provider (ElevenLabs) to produce audio. We do not retain your input text beyond what is necessary to complete the generation.

Speech Transcription

When you use the transcription feature, your audio recording is sent to our transcription provider (OpenAI Whisper) for processing. Audio files are transmitted securely and are not stored permanently by us after transcription is complete.

Generated Audio Files

Audio files generated by VoiceAI (podcasts, audiobooks, article audio) are temporarily stored in secure cloud storage so you can access and download them. These files are associated with your account and are retained according to our data retention policy.

Podcast & Studio Content

Scripts and project data created in the Podcast Studio, Audiobook Maker, and Article to Audio tools are stored locally on your device. Audio generation requests are processed through our servers and third-party AI providers.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain VoiceAI services
• Process voice generation and transcription requests
• Process transactions and manage your credit balance
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Subscription and Payment Information

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through:

• Apple App Store: For iOS subscription payments. Apple Privacy Policy

We do not store your full credit card information. All payment data is processed and stored securely by our payment processors in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and AWS S3 for secure storage of generated audio files. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS.

8. Your Rights

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated audio files are retained for 30 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

VoiceAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of VoiceAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
