Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceAI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). VoiceAI is developed and operated by Soloa. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceAI provides AI-powered voice and audio tools, including:

• Text-to-speech generation using AI voices
• Speech transcription (audio/video to text)
• Podcast Studio — multi-speaker dialogue generation
• Audiobook Maker — long-form narration from text or documents
• Article to Audio — convert web articles to spoken audio

All features operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating audio or processing transcriptions.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use VoiceAI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use VoiceAI to:

• Generate audio that impersonates real individuals without consent
• Create deepfakes, fraudulent audio, or content intended to deceive or harm
• Produce illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Bypass usage limits, security measures, or credit systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute generated audio in violation of our license terms

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of text and content you submit to VoiceAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to generate the requested audio output.

Generated Audio

Audio generated by VoiceAI is provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to the voice license terms of our providers (ElevenLabs). You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Service Content

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by Soloa and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Credits System

VoiceAI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation based on character count or audio duration. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

VoiceAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide monthly AI credits:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment will be charged to your App Store, Google Play, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Current pricing is available in the app

Managing Your Subscription (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage or cancel your subscription by:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap “Subscriptions”
4. Select VoiceAI from your active subscriptions
5. Choose “Cancel Subscription” or modify your plan

Managing Your Subscription (Android)

If you subscribed through Google Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap the menu icon, then “Subscriptions”
3. Select VoiceAI
4. Tap “Cancel subscription”

Free Trials

If we offer a free trial:

• You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges
• If you don't cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law

7. Privacy

Your use of VoiceAI is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding data collection, voice data handling, and your rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. VoiceAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Voice Limitations

AI-generated voices may not be perfect representations. Users should review all generated audio before use in any context. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated speech or transcriptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoiceAI.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soloa from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of VoiceAI, your content submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of VoiceAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
